Important Issues

I'd like to list the most important issues.
Please feel free to add your own thought and ideas, but keep in mind that we should be focussing on vital issues, and how they could be improved.
Hopefully we can get someone from PWE to actually respond to our queries.

PWE are not going to listen if we make unrealistic demands, trivial claims, or flame and insult them.

Let's keep each issue in its own topic, so the discussions don't get derailed by other issues.

In some cases, PWE may be at the mercy of PWE China, so we may be able to help them by working together.

If we do manage to make this project successful, I'm interested in how you all would feel about inviting certain PWE staff to view this forum.

Some other important issues some of you have told me about:

* People charging jaden with real money, then their zen either arrives very late, or not at all.

Feel free to make topics about these issues guys.  We need to work together if we hope for any kind of success.

Also, talk with your alliances too. They may have some helpful ideas, or concerns they want addressed.

I think refinery rates should be changed, since they changed them, I've heared nothing then people complaining about them and wasting tons of gold on it. Or at least, make people able to use star charms and serenity jades at once (like, there will be one more slot when refining that can only hold serenity jades). Wouldn't that be a better idea? Would give us more chance to get the gear we want, and more SJ's and star charms will be used....

if the game develops as it did in China, the next upgrade should provide free SJ dayly (up to 3 if you are asc) and the refinery rate will go up again, for the refinery rate I don t have any proofs, however, I ve seen screens of items you get dayly that you can turn into rewards (like batteries or, luckily, Serenity Jades).

The Update should be up around christmas, at least many guess that much, but maybe they ll have that so called problems again, that they have with Empyrian lands.

yes, I would suggest we stay in standby till the new year comes, if the update will not come, I think it s a good point to apply pressure on.

As it would solve most, it would most likely come replys like "we are working on the update", they would probably say the same thing after newyear though ^^" however, we should follow the progress on it. If we find proof that they are delaying it on purpose it will be our duty to do everything we can to stop that stupidity.

Well everything is pretty much falling apart in JD atm. Seeing how new ppl dont see a reason to try playing, Pwe declining giving support about billing issues, refinery rates and also game economics wich has fallen completely apart.

Me myself charged jadens wich i still havent recive, And Pwe claim the transactions does not exist even though proof was proved from 3 places.
And for me that issue is the worst since IRL money weight more then anything else.

Hmm i charged them the 7th october. and still nothing and all they say is that the transaction does not exist.

Mh ok... I think it's a very good idea to gather as Marshals and Warlords and try to change something. Atleast better than just complainung or yeah... doing other childish stuff.
But actually i still don't get what the actions will look like.
Just to be a fusion won't change a thing. So what are the next steps?
