Expanding membership

I've been wondering if we should open this forum up to regular players, to increase activity, and the flow of ideas.

I think it will generate a lot of interest. First time I world-chatted about it in Shura I received more than 100 PMs in 2 minutes. Every one of them was in support.
In fact, in all the hundreds and hundreds of people I've talked to across all the servers, only 2 people were against it. And their problem was with the forum link.
